The same or next business day after completing order checkout, Housepad will active your listing on Housepad.com. Other websites listed require up to 4 days for all of the listing data to appear. Your credit card will be authorized, but not charged, until your property is listed on Housepad.com. ''Authorized'' means that the fee amount is frozen and made unavailable in your card account during the order pending period. After the listing is entered, the charge is made, and the money is then transferred from your account. Orders are nonrefundable after listed. The lawn signage package will be mailed USPS Priority Mail.
If any of the websites included in this order are not displaying the listing more than 4 days after listing entry, customer will notify Housepad and allow up to 4 business days for the problem to be corrected. If the problem cannot be corrected for whatever reason, it is agreed that the Housepad will offer a prorated refund to the order according to the following schedule: Zillow - $25, Trulia - $25, Yahoo - $25, Housepad - $134, Sign Package - $40, Call Forwarding - $25, Caller ID - $25. Customer understands that websites are dynamic and not static, therefore they may go down from time to time entirely or the listing may not temporarily appear for technical reasons. In such event customer will notify Housepad and allow Housepad up to 4 business days to attempt to correct the problem. Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of federal holidays. Customer agrees that if customer files a chargeback and does not prevail, customer will owe Housepad a $25 chargeback fee.
